Thanks for the feedbacks. The issue you are having with the change in color profile is a known bug (it was first reported to the developer on 22-10-2016). Can anyone tell me how I can edit the subtitles position? I capture a movie with opencvcapture and save that with mkvmerge. The subtitles are numbered, but I don't know how to position them, how to set their position in a timer, so they appear in a certain time and then they are gone. I'm kind of a newbie with those stuff.
You can drag and drop videos using the horizontal and vertical offset values (15-25). PotPlayer is not very friendly with the start time of the subtitle when there are many videos (so it may be some time before you can drag a video, and the video may not play at a full speed when clicking + icon). However as the horizontal offset value increases, PotPlayer will make the videos play at a smoother speed (it will go a little faster than normal). The same goes for the vertical offset value (it will move the subtitles down the screen).
You can also use the bottom-right corner of PotPlayer window as a placement guide for subtitles, but you need to use the shortest 'feather' (i.e. the smallest distance you want the subtitles to be offset from the video) in order to prevent a sudden jumps in subtitles position (so make an adjustment and adjust this value upward if you're going to use the bottom-right corner of the window to position the subtitles).
I always used to sync videos to a hard drive before ripping them. Sometimes I would use a media database program (including MPC-HC), but I usually never check it if it doesn't already have the video synced on it.
I made this file available in archive form, which means it can be played for free in any decent media player. If you want to play it in iTunes, you'll need to manually download the file and import it via iTunes File Sharing (there's no way to add a folder to the library directly from iTunes). d2c66b5586
