Deposits, Cancellation, Rescheduling And Booking Policy

**PLEASE DO NOT BOOK, IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO COMMIT TO YOUR APPOINTMENT!!**

We value your business and ask that you respect our schedule and policy.  We are an exclusive nail salon working by appointments only.  We do not have walk in traffic to fill appointments with short notice.

You will receive a courtesy reminder of your appointment via text or email.


A $25 Deposit is required at the time of booking for each staff member you book with. The deposit will go towards your service total.  If you reschedule or cancel you lose your deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and are not transferable.

If you reschedule your appointment. You will need to pay a new deposit for your new appointment.

Any cancellation, no show or reschedules with LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE of your scheduled appointment TIME will be charged 100%  of  the service cost that were booked with the card on file. 

If your card declines and you do not call to pay the balance. You will be blocked from booking with us.

If you are running more than 15 minuets late and have not talked to us. You will be considered a no show and will be charged 100% cost of service.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

* All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services.

 

*Fill ins are bi-weekly, IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR BI-WEEKLY APPOINTMENT TO AVOID RUINING YOUR NATURAL NAILS.  

*We Do Not Work Over Another Nail Tech's  Work.  Please come to your appointment with bare nails. 

*Due to COVID-19 EVERYONE must wear a mask at all times! 

*Must wash hands before service.

*You Can Not bring extra people with you to your appointment. There is no where for them to wait.

*Children are allowed if they are being serviced. We simply do not have the space for anyone to wait.

*No Pet's are allowed in the building unless it is a service dog.
