I have used Tnemic paint on large commercial projects it's extremely durable and hardwaring and is specified because of it's warranty. I have only seen it used on metallic surfaces so unless you have something that says it's for wood and stucco I would not use it on your mom's house

Recovered structural steel from the World Trade Center was examined as part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology investigation to provide data on potential temperature excursions seen by the steel for input and validation of the fire and thermal finite element models. While numerous experimental techniques were appraised for use during this study, two proved to be practical: assessment of the primer paint on the structural elements and examination of the steel microstructure. Results from these two techniques are presented. Evaluation of primer paint from 21 exterior panel sections, which represent approximately 3% of the panels from fire-involved floors, was conducted and indicated that only three locations may have experienced temperatures over 250C. Steel microstructures taken from these and other areas on exterior panels exposed to pre-collapse fires showed no evidence of exposure to temperatures exceeding 625C for times longer than the detectable lower limit of 15 min. The lack of high-temperature excursions observed during this analysis may be related to the protection afforded by intact spray-applied fire-resistant material on the components at the time of exposure.
Other key issues cited by Doyle include NPCA and industry involvement in aproject aimed at devising programs to deal with post- consumer paint;participation in the response of an alliance of industry groups to the sweepingREACH chemicals-policy initiative in Europe; industry response to increasedrestrictions on marine antifoulant coatings; and efforts in Congress to enactlegislation aimed at addressing the threat to the industry posed by runawayasbestos litigation.
In addition, Doyle said that the legislation has been introduced in the USSenate that would provide a $1,500 annual tax credit for homeowners andlandlords who pay for in-place management of lead paint on their properties. 781b155fdc
Begin by inspecting your home for any cracks, crevices, or gaps where wood roaches could be entering. Pay close attention to areas around doors, windows, how to get rid of wood roaches utility pipes, and vents. Seal any openings with caulk or foam insulation to prevent roaches from gaining access to your home.Since wood roaches are attracted to damp environments, it's essential to eliminate excess moisture in and around your home. Fix leaky pipes, repair roof leaks, and ensure proper ventilation in basements, crawl spaces, and attics. Use a dehumidifier in areas prone to high humidity to keep moisture levels in check.
